Ah, Isaiah... He brings back memories of my crappier artistic days. I think I still have a sketch of him I was going to colour...
I had to add the green on the collar to bring attention back to his face. Doesn't work so well though.
If it bothers you that much, maybe fade it a little? Make it a less eye-catching shade of green, perhaps. Just a thought.
I think it'd probably be possible to duplicate the layer and carefully work out the green, then lower the layer opacity... But that's probably way too much effort for what you're trying to do!
